I accept commissions via website PM's and Discord (misscaine).

Private messages are used only for business inquiries. Please keep them formal and avoid acting inaproppriately.

I hold correspondence in English and Polish only.

If you decide to commission me, please keep in touch and inform me if you need more time/ need to cancel. The commission will be discarded if you leave me on hold for weeks and avoid basic communication.

Portrait - Close-up of the face, cropped around the bust area. Fits best for character references and mawshots.

Halfbody - Character is featured from top to waistline area. Breast is included, but the hips and below are not.

Thigh-up - Character is featured from top to the thighs area. It can be cropped either mid-thigh or at knees level, depending on the composition and pose of the character.

Fullbody - Character is fully visible, including body parts such as tail or wings. In some cases, feet and wings might be cut to fit the composition of the artwork.

I currently do not accept partial payments.

For comics with multiple pages, the payment can be divided per page.

If the commission is finished before the full payment, the finished artwork will be shown after completing the payment.

When the commission is fully discussed and accepted, you will be provided information to process your payment, depending on your chosen payment method.

I do not take haggling into consideration. If you'd like your commission to be cheaper, we can discuss your idea and lower it's details to achieve your desired price.

Alternative versions of the artwork will cost extra. The price is individual and depends on the complexity.

For adjustments, 1 major change and ~3 series of minor changes are free, depending on the amount and complexity. Further changes might cost extra (the price will depend on the complexity of the further adjustments)

The payment is done fully upfront (unless a payment plan method is available).

Each YCH will follow a different set of rules, which will be specified in their description. This applies to possible additional costs, customization etc.

I reserve the right to interpret your character in my own style, this mainly refers to slight color adjustments and markings placement to better fit my artstyle. This said, I will never simplify the design nor alter it to the point where character looks unrecognizable.

I always send an initial sketch for the customer to approve before continuing (excluding Rough Sketch type).

I usually provide multiple WIP's of the artwork, but the number may be lower if the communication process goes smoothly!

I accept adjustments to the artwork at most stages, ideally during the initial sketch stage.

After the commission is done and confirmed as finished, I will not accept any further changes or adjustments, unless the adjustment comes from a mistake on my end. In this case, the request change will only apply if the information was included in the reference.

If the final update (finished commission) is not confirmed within 3 days, I will automatically mark it as finished.

First off, the idea is being discussed. After that I calculate the total for you, and if you're further away in the queue, I send you a notification via private message when I'm ready to start.

When we're ready to go, the payment will be requested.

The next update from me will be an initial sketch, mainly to figure out the posing, overall body appearance etc. I will ask you about any possible adjustments to it.

During the process, I will usually send a few WIP's, but the number may vary depending on how well the progress goes. For example - if there are many adjustments requested along the way, I will check with you more often to ensure everything is done the way you'd like!

And finally, I will send the finished commission! You will be asked to confirm if it's all good to mark as finished, you will also be provided a download link with the full-res file.

*NOTE: If the client is happy with the initial sketch right away with no further changes, I sometimes finish it without WIP's inbetween to speed up the process. This way the finished artwork is fully ready much faster. If you desire any specific WIP's such as flat colors, let me know beforehand!

Flat Color: ~4-7 days

Illustration: Up to 1 month

Comics (1 page): ~2 weeks up to 1 month

The information described here is for personal commissions (licence for usage) and as such, the artist retains all copyrights to the artwork. Feel free to make icons or a personal print, but you may not use them for your own profit, unless it has been agreed upon differently. This includes selling prints and merchandise with the artwork.

By providing me with the references for your commission you declare that you have full copyrights or the owner’s permission for usage of the character design depicted. You take full responsibility for using them in the commission.

I reserve the copyright to all designs I create. Do not claim my designs as your own. If I designed a character for you - credit me as the designer.

You may post any art made for you to your page, crop it for an icon, and show it off wherever you like-- but please remember to give me credit and link back to my page.

I reserve all rights to the artwork, including the rights of distribution (meaning I can post these artworks on my sites and use them for promotion). If you want the artwork kept private, please notify me beforehand.

I reserve the right to decide if I want to submit your commission to my main page or any other site I own.
